About the Foundation
The Polish Equestrian Academy was established in order to popularize horseback riding and horse-based sports, to build a better brand of Polish horsemanship and to promote Polish equestrianism and horse breeding.
Founders
Management Board
Daniel Zawadzki – President of the Management Board
PhD Graduate from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University of Warsaw. Co-founder and manager in the sector of private companies and non-governmental organizations.
dr Karol Krajewski – Board Member
Academic lecturer. Expert and advisor on marketing, restructuring and development in numerous companies and institutions. Coordinator and contractor in national and international research projects. Secretary of the Council for Horse Breeding.
Jerzy Ożga – Board Member
A long-time trainer, breeder and owner of a riding center. Originator and implementer of several projects promoting active recreation.
The Assembly
Marta Byczkowska – President of the Assembly
A graduate of MIT with experience in investment banking on Wall Street. Currently a bonds dealer at Bank Pekao SA. Active as a member of the board of the Vital Voices foundation associating outstanding business women. Passionate about sailing and horseback riding. She has been riding ever since she was a child.
Konrad Kucharski – Member the Assemby
President of Blue Media SA Management Board - one of the fastest growing companies in Central Europe and one of the largest companies in Poland providing outsourcing services.
dr Tomasz Stefaniak – Member the Assemby
M.D., PsyD, surgeon, psychologist, lecturer at the Medical University of Gdańsk, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Health Care at the University Clinical Center in Gdańsk.
